Fail to Remain – Aug 14,18

Seaway Valley Crime Stoppers and the Cornwall Community Police Service are asking for information about a fail to remain following a pedestrian being struck

The Cornwall Community Police Service Traffic Unit is currently investigating a matter where a motor vehicle struck a pedestrian and is asking the public to come forward if they have any information about this incident.

Shortly after 9:00 pm on August 14th, 2018, a man was struck by a vehicle on McConnell Avenue, north of the Highway 401 overpass. The vehicle then failed to stop at the scene and fled the area. As a result of being struck, the man was transported to the hospital by ambulance with serious injuries.
